services are provided at no cost to the
employer. Job Links is a service of the Norfolk Association
for Community Living (NACL). NACL is a United Way
member agency.

Job Counsellors

Act as a facilitator/liaison between the employee
and employer on a regular basis

Develop detailed work routines, outlining all
job duties

Counselling clients regarding work skills, employee
conduct and employer expectations

Provide on-the-job training at the work site to
assist in learning job duties

Employment Insurance (EI) provides Sickness Benefits to
individuals who are unable to work because of sickness,
injury or quarantine.

Social Development Canada
The Canada Pension Plan pays a monthly
benefit to people under age 65 who have contributed to
the Plan and who are disabled according to CPP legislation.
A monthly benefit is also paid to dependent children of
